Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.
As a parish community, we want to share your joy in the birth of your child. Faith is a precious gift that you offer your child by bringing him or her to the baptismal font of new life. The Rite of Baptism is celebrated one a month either during or after the 10:15 Mass.
Families who are registered at Immaculate Conception Church, may contact the parish office to begin the process, including
First-time parents attend a baptism preparation program (held one Sunday a month at 11:30am)
Godparents must submit a sponsor certificate signed by their own pastor with the parish seal stamped on the document.
